Kontrapunkt en MC Jubilee heeft toepassing van nieuwe materialen en windingsprocessen geleid tot de MC Cadenza lijn. Cadenza is het Italiaanse woord voor cadans en verwijst naar de stilte die een orkest laat vallen om het solo instrument te laten spelen. Gewoonlijk is dit het moment dat de soloïst zijn meest complexe stuk ten gehore brengt. De analogie met het element laat zich eenvoudig invullen. Microdynamiek en ambiance zijn sleutelwoorden voor de klank van de MC Cadenza elementen. Cadenza Bronze is a true high-end reference cartridge, conveying music with supreme precision, impact and dynamics.
The Cadenza Bronze model is using a Replicant 100 stylus and a conical aluminium cantilever. The coil wire is the famous Ortofon Aucurum wire, which is a gold plated 6NX copper wire. Field Stabilizing Element/FSE, is used for optimal linearity especially during complex crescendo passages.
